We are looking for a Front-End Developer who specializes in UX/UI design, with the ability to design and build front-end features using Blazor and C#. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing responsive, customer-facing web interfaces and proficiency in front-end development with Blazor and Material Design (or similar frameworks). You should be skilled in Visual Studio, C#/.NET APIs, and backend integration. A strong grasp of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design is essential. Familiarity with WCAG standards and responsive design frameworks is preferred. We value excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams. Additionally, we are open to leveraging AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Figma AI) to enhance design and development processes.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with product owners to convert user stories into actionable specifications. You will design and refine UX prototypes, flows, and wireframes to create intuitive user experiences. Your responsibilities will include building responsive interfaces using Visual Studio 2022, Blazor WebAssembly, Radzen, and Material Design. You will partner with back-end developers to ensure smooth data integration and maintainable architecture, while advocating for usability and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle. Furthermore, you will define and uphold UX standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Description
This is a permanent position based in Birmingham, requiring hybrid work with three days on-site per week. We are offering a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000.
