Requirements
Must:
- Strong Microsoft technology skills and CRM development experience
- Ability to analyze complex requirements effectively
- Proficient in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure for developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CE solutions
- Experience in developing custom plugins using C# within the Dynamics 365 CE environment
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and SDK
- Proficient with client-side scripting languages like JavaScript; familiarity with web frameworks such as React or Angular is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 CE advancements and the product roadmap
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, including plugins, workflows, and integrations
- Collaborate with analysts to gather and document detailed technical specifications
- Develop and deploy Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Optimize system performance and ensure seamless integration with external systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain optimal system efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct thorough solution testing and support user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to enhance understanding of D365 CE functionalities
Description
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer for a leading client in Burton Upon Trent. This role offers hybrid working arrangements and a salary of up to £60,000. Please note that sponsorship is not required for this opportunity. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform, with a focus on customizing entities, plugins, workflows, and integrations to enhance CRM operations.
