We require a well-experienced Data Engineer with active SC Clearance for a hybrid position, where you will work on-site 3 days a week. You should be proficient in:
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data using Azure Databricks.
- Implementing data cleaning, validation, and enrichment using Spark (PySpark/Scala) and related tools.
- Utilizing Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and Spark SQL to optimize and deploy Databricks solutions.
- Programming in SQL, Python, R, YAML, and JavaScript.
- Integrating data from multiple formats (CSV, JSON, Parquet, Delta) for analytics and reporting.
- Applying Azure Purview for governance and quality checks.
- Monitoring pipelines and resolving issues to enhance data quality processes.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver digital products.
- Participate in code reviews and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for deployments and automate data engineering workflows using DevOps principles.
- Enhance data quality processes and monitor pipeline performance.
