Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years experience in a Windows Infrastructure / Systems Administration role
- Strong Windows Server and Active Directory experience
- Exposure to patch management and security remediation
- Experience supporting virtualized environments
- Comfortable working in structured, enterprise environments
- Nice to have: Citrix (Virtual Apps & Desktops / NetScaler)
- Nice to have: Backup & DR solutions
- Nice to have: ITIL-based operations experience
Responsibilities
- Supporting and administering Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments
- Managing Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and authentication services
- Supporting patching and vulnerability remediation activities
- Monitoring infrastructure health, responding to incidents and alerts
- Supporting virtualized platforms (VMware / Hyper-V)
- Assisting with Citrix, backup, and recovery platforms (e.g. Veeam)
- Contributing to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvement projects
