Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years in a similar team leadership role within an IT MSP environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud technologies (Teams and Microsoft 365) and ITSM tools like HaloPSA, ITGlue, NetworkGlue
- Microsoft Cloud Fundamentals Certifications
- British Computer Society – Professional Certificate in Team Leadership (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of 1st Line engineers to deliver exceptional service, ensuring SLA-driven resolution of client tickets
- Foster teamwork by encouraging input and proactive solutions from team members
- Monitor workload distribution and ensure efficient day-to-day operations within the help desk
- Liaise with clients to maintain SLA standards and assist with Service Delivery Reviews
- Mentor and train team members, promoting their career growth within the organization
Description
We are a successful Managed Service Provider located in Central London, seeking a 1st Line IT Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This fully office-based role (5 days a week) offers the opportunity to lead a vibrant help desk environment, where you will not only oversee daily operations but also engage in team development and client interactions. We provide training opportunities, including ITIL Foundation Training, sponsored by the company, to support your professional growth.
