Requirements
Must:
- 1–2 years in an IT Support / Service Desk / MSP role
- Experience with Windows 10/11 & Windows Server 2016–2022
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Proficiency in laptop, desktop & Apple macOS support
- Understanding of backup technologies such as DATTO, Acronis
- ITIL knowledge
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support for incidents and service requests
- Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets to SLA and ITIL standards
- Offer support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop issues
- Escalate issues to 2nd/3rd line when required
- Deliver excellent customer service
Description
We are a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking to hire a 1st Line Support Engineer to join our Service Desk team. This role is ideal for candidates with MSP or IT Service Desk experience who are looking to progress their IT career.
