Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience in a customer service, administrative, or person-facing role is essential
- Organised approach to problem-solving
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to identify and follow up on faults, user problems, and billing issues
- Capable of managing own caseload while working flexibly with a team
- Competency in IT, including Excel and maintaining a database
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy
- Genuine interest in telecommunications
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the purchasing and management of telecoms, including mobiles, landlines, and broadband
- Provide first-line support for basic IT and connectivity issues
- Set up and maintain networked printers
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and connectivity problems
- Liaise with external suppliers or internal teams to efficiently resolve issues
- Maintain up-to-date records and input data accurately
