Requirements
Must:
- Clean driving license and car ownership essential
- Experience in Microsoft environments (Windows Server / Microsoft 365)
- Knowledge of networking (switches, firewalls, VPNs)
- Familiarity with virtualisation platforms
- Understanding of backup and disaster recovery processes
- Knowledge of cyber security practices
- Experience supporting users in a multi-site business (logistics, manufacturing or operational businesses preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, proactive approach
- Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues
- Organized with strong prioritization skills
- Calm under pressure
- Interest in improving processes and systems
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the IT helpdesk
- Ensure incidents and service requests are logged, prioritized and resolved in a timely manner
- Communicate clearly with colleagues regarding progress and outcomes
- Prioritize issues based on operational impact to the business
- Identify recurring problems and work with the Head of IT to address root causes
- Help improve helpdesk processes, response times and user experience
- Maintain and support the companys servers, networks and core infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues
- Support system upgrades and improvements
- Assist with cloud services and system integrations
- Support cyber security measures and system monitoring
- Maintain backups and disaster recovery processes
- Help ensure systems remain stable, secure and available
- Manage and keep the asset management tool updated
- Provide second and third line support across the business
- Support users across multiple locations
- Help resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
- Assist with delivery of IT improvement projects
- Support rollout of new systems and technology
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and resilience

At Creamline Dairies Ltd, we are a long-established and growing dairy business supplying fresh milk and dairy products to homes and businesses across the region. Our operation combines production, logistics, doorstep delivery rounds, and wholesale supply. We are currently investing in our systems, infrastructure, and data to support the next stage of our development, and we are strengthening our internal IT capability. We offer a competitive salary depending on experience and a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week.
