Requirements
Must:
- We need proven experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and/or CRM in an implementation or support role.
- We need a strong understanding of business processes in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- We need technical expertise in system configuration, troubleshooting, and user training.
- We need the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- We need a willingness to travel frequently within the UK, with some travel in Europe.
- We need strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system enhancements.
- Experience with data migration, Power Platform, or Azure is a plus.
- We prefer candidates who are within commutable distance of Gainsborough and Spalding in Lincolnshire or willing to travel to these sites at least 3 times per week.
Responsibilities
- We support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM systems.
- We collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system improvements.
- We provide technical support and training to end users, ensuring smooth adoption and use of D365.
- We work closely with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure system performance, security, and compliance.
- We troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
- We travel to Gainsborough and Spalding to provide on-site support and training as needed.
- We ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- We assist in process automation and system enhancements to improve business operations.
