Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (Mastery level)
- Deep understanding of multi-tier architectures (Web, App, DB) and microservices
- Strong experience monitoring containerized environments (Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker)
- Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of HTTP/S, TCP/IP, DNS, and SQL
- Experience in business-critical and regulated Financial Services environments
- Understanding of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) masking and GDPR/regulatory constraints regarding data capture
- Experience working in environments processing high TPS (Transactions Per Second)
- Strong knowledge of other monitoring tools such as Cisco AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, SolarWinds, or Datadog (desirable)
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Dynatrace platform across Hybrid Cloud and On-Premise environments
- Manage the rollout of OneAgents and ActiveGates across complex environments, including Kubernetes clusters, legacy Mainframes, and Cloud infrastructure
- Create custom dashboards for different stakeholders, providing technical views for DevOps engineers and high-level dashboards for executives
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) during critical incidents, utilizing Dynatraces PurePath technology to identify bottlenecks and failures
- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM and CI/CD ecosystems to automate incident management and self-healing workflows
- Design complex synthetic transaction tests to simulate customer journeys and proactively detect availability issues
- Train application teams on interpreting APM data to improve code quality and performance
