Requirements
Must:
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise and operational risk management principles, including the regulatory environment, risk management strategies, policies and frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Well-developed interpersonal, analytical, planning and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Relevant experience working within a risk or related function
- Financial Services experience (helpful)
- Professional qualification in risk or a related discipline (helpful)
Responsibilities
- Build and embed the new Group Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Harmonise risk management practices across the Group
- Translate the ERMF into clear, practical guidance for first line teams
- Provide hands-on support and guidance on Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)
- Ensure RCSA assessments accurately reflect the risks faced by the Group
- Influence appropriate action in RCSAs and existing guidance
- Support the implementation of the Groups Provision 29 approach, including testing strategy
- Manage stakeholders across the business through 1:1 sessions and education sessions
- Build understanding and capability across the business
