Requirements
Must:
- Experience using SAS and SQL
- Background in marketing, service communications, customer selection, or data-driven campaign execution
- Strong understanding of technical platforms that support large insight functions
- Naturally analytical mindset with the ability to challenge constructively
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written/verbal communication
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Desirable experience with HCL Unica
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and execute a range of campaigns, including complex automated and trigger-based journeys
- Create reporting and controls needed to measure campaign performance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Deliver accurate and meaningful outputs using customer data and analytical techniques
- Adapt to changing demands and contribute to organizational progress
Description
We are seeking experienced data analytics professionals to join our Customer Campaign Delivery team on a 12-month FTC basis.
