Requirements
Must:
- Data Engineering related qualification and/or extensive Data Development experience in a commercial or Agile environment
- Significant experience of AWS, Python, SQL, Git, and PySpark
- Desirable experience with SISS or SAS
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation
- Familiarity with Database technologies
- Experience in a Financial Services organization
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test quality data engineering solutions
- Undertake review and assurance activities, providing guidance on design, build, and test activities
- Adhere to standard driven code development
- Deliver solutions that meet business needs in a timely manner
- Take responsibility for testing solutions, including analyzing requirements and designing test cases & scripts
- Prepare test data and create and execute tests to ensure effective and accurate deliverables
Description
We are excited to announce 5 Data Engineer opportunities within our Data and Analytics Delivery department on a 12-month fixed term contract. The roles focus on the migration and integration of data into our new ecosystem, with a team-led hybrid approach requiring at least 1 day a week in our Coventry or Manchester office.
