Requirements
Must:
- Experience using SAS and SQL
- Background in marketing, service communications, customer selection, or data-driven campaign execution
- Strong understanding of technical platforms that support large insight functions
- Naturally analytical mindset with the ability to challenge constructively
- Effective stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working within a data-focused environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Desirable experience with HCL Unica
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and execute a range of campaigns including complex automated and trigger-based journeys
- Create the reporting and controls needed to measure campaign performance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Utilize strong understanding of customer data, analytical techniques, and market technologies to deliver accurate, meaningful outputs
Description
We are seeking an experienced data analytics professional to join our Customer Campaign Delivery team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Our team is responsible for delivering regulatory, service, and marketing campaigns that enhance customer relationships and drive commercial performance. As a part of our organization, you will thrive in a demanding and fast-moving environment, enabling you to learn quickly and adapt to changing demands while making a visible impact.
