IT Support Engineer

We are Counterpoint, a fast-growing IT support and consultancy firm based in Worthing. We work with creative businesses, schools, and charities across the UK, delivering modern, reliable IT solutions that work for real people. Our clients utilize a mix of Apple and Microsoft technologies, and we take pride in offering strong support across both platforms. While we are known for our Mac expertise, many of our client environments are Microsoft-first, and this role will focus on delivering expert support in Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD, and Windows 11, while also contributing to Mac support as needed. As an IT Support Engineer, I would like you to join our capable, close-knit team that values clarity, quality, and a calm, user-friendly approach. With a salary range of £28,000 to £32,000 depending on your experience, we offer a company pension, training and certification support (Microsoft and Apple), and a supportive, friendly team culture. This office-based role in Worthing includes site visits as necessary, along with mileage or a company vehicle for client travel. A DBS check will be required for this position.
