Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in digital product management within a B2C ecommerce environment
- Proven track record of managing a successful CRO programme with measurable commercial results
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Google Analytics)
- Understanding and application of Agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe framework
- Strategic thinking ability to translate vision into clear roadmaps and effective prioritization
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills and confidence in cross-functional teamwork
- Data-driven and results-focused, comfortable in fast-paced and evolving environments
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the UK Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) team to drive the CRO programme
- Ensure CRO initiatives are integrated within the digital product roadmap, aligning with commercial objectives and performance data
- Lead the UK business units digital product roadmap, working with other markets to identify shared objectives
- Manage business unit priorities and resources, prioritizing high-value initiatives across the Group IT team
- Own and deliver strategic digital initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration
- Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, ensuring successful delivery of revenue growth and digital transformation outcomes
