BI & Automation Specialist

This is a standalone role and the first of its kind within Cosgrove & Drew. You will be at the center of our senior leadership team, working directly with Operations, Finance, and Continuous Improvement to transform raw data into meaningful insights and automate processes that enhance operational efficiency for our team. I am looking for candidates with proven experience in automation development within a business environment, ideally with project management responsibilities. Strong proficiency in SQL (including SQL Server), R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Tableau, Power BI, and Visio is required. You should have a demonstrable knowledge of SDLC methodologies and business analysis techniques as well as familiarity with database design principles using Oracle or similar relational database systems.
