Requirements
Must:
To be considered for the Support Engineer role, you should have:
- Proven experience with M365, including experience using Exchange, OneDrive/SharePoint, and Intune.
- Familiarity with Hyper-V and Active Directory.
- Experience with scripting, Cisco Meraki, or IT quoting tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities
As a Support Engineer, you will utilize your expertise in M365, virtualization using Hyper-V, and Active Directory, along with your solid skills across networking and familiarity with PowerShell, to support our clients and the wider business with various IT support issues. You will address server support, networking, and storage challenges while working with a diverse range of exciting technologies. You’ll contribute significantly to innovative projects from day one.
