Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Support Analyst / Support Engineer with skills and experience in as many of the following areas as possible:
- Existing commercial IT support experience
- Windows 11
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Experience with Macs, at least at a user level
Importantly, we want someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and technically curious, with a genuine desire to develop a career in IT support, coupled with a “can-do” attitude.
Responsibilities
As a Support Analyst / Support Engineer, my role involves providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to approximately 100 users to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems in a hybrid Windows and Mac environment. This includes:
- Providing user support for hardware, software, and device issues, including PCs, printers, and mobile equipment
- Maintaining and monitoring internal systems to ensure they are secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently
- Setting up and configuring new and replacement IT equipment
- Managing user accounts across internal and third-party platforms
