Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Support Analyst / Support Engineer with skills and experience in the following areas:
- Existing commercial IT support experience
- Windows 11
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Experience with Macs at least at the user level
In addition to technical skills, we value energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to develop a career in IT support. A "can-do" attitude is essential.
Responsibilities
In this fully onsite position, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to approximately 100 users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Your role will include:
- Providing user support for hardware, software, and device issues, including PCs, printers, and mobile equipment
- Maintaining and monitoring internal systems to ensure they are secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently
- Setting up and configuring new and replacement IT equipment
- Managing user accounts across internal and third-party platforms
