Requirements
Must:
- Commercial experience developing software using C++
- Sound knowledge of object-oriented programming (OO programming)
- Experience of cross-platform development, working with both Windows and Linux
- Further experience with C# and .NET front-end development is highly advantageous
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-availability software using C++17
- Collaborate closely with firmware and hardware engineers
- Work across the full project lifecycle
- Participate in code reviews
- Create high-assurance, testable code
Description
We are seeking an experienced C++ Engineer / Software Engineer for a 6-month contract role based in Cambridge, working on a hybrid basis. This position involves designing and developing key software while collaborating with firmware and hardware teams. We value engineers who can bring their commercial experience and technical skills to our innovative environment.
