Requirements
Must:
- Solid experience with both C++ and Rust
- Experience with web sockets and multithreaded applications is preferred
- Ability to work closely with users
- Experience working within smaller teams or companies requiring flexibility and agility is preferred
- Any experience gained from working within Engineering or other technical environments would be beneficial
Responsibilities
As a Senior Software Engineer, I will work closely with Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and other technical users to gather and understand the requirements necessary to design, develop, and maintain the software and computational tools we use. This includes creating a variety of applications across both web and desktop platforms, such as state-of-the-art simulations, real-time data processing, and bespoke analysis tools.

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our historic British icon that is at the forefront of Engineering. Ideally, I am looking for candidates with a background in aerodynamics, data science, vehicle dynamics, or computer simulations. Additionally, the benefits of this position include a bonus scheme up to 12%, an enhanced pension, health insurance, and death in service coverage.
