Requirements
Must:
- Prior commercial experience within a security engineering role, ideally within a similar SME-sized organization.
- Hands-on experience in the management of IDS/IPS, Firewalls, VPN, EDR/XDR, mail filtering, and other security products.
- Experience with Security Information Event Management (SIEM) tools.
- Any experience or knowledge of ISO27001, as well as penetration testing/vulnerability scanning, would be highly advantageous.
- A full UK driving license for ad hoc travel to other sites/data centres.
Responsibilities
- Join our internal security team and work alongside an external SOC to support the business on all internal network security issues that arise.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot network security issues.
- Stay updated and engaged with all things security, demonstrating a passion for continuous learning and development.
