Requirements
Must:
As the ideal candidate for the Head of Systems/IT Manager role, you will need to possess:
- Strong, hands-on experience in a technical IT leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance & Operations (FO) within a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing a sizeable IT estate, including infrastructure, applications, ERP, CRM, and service delivery
- Proven stakeholder and change management skills in complex or distributed teams
- Certifications like ITIL, PMP, or Microsoft are desirable
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to be both technically involved and strategically minded. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a sizable IT environment while ensuring robust, high-performing IT services
- Providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) across Dynamics 365 CE and FO, supporting and maintaining these systems in a live manufacturing setting
- Maintaining a strong understanding of how the systems fit together and how to support them operationally
- Managing complex stakeholder relationships, competing priorities, high expectations, and challenging change management
