Requirements
Must:
- Senior engineering leadership experience gained within smaller companies in fast-moving environments
- Experience in architecting modern web platforms with Node.js and AWS infrastructure
- Knowledge of Linux and containerized applications, such as Docker
- Understanding of PHP and WordPress for legacy platform context
- Python skills beneficial for AI, data, and automation use cases
- Practical experience with AI implementations, understanding of LLMs, prompt design, vector search, and knowledge graphs
Responsibilities
- Guide and oversee the digital transformation and full redesign of core platforms
- Translate business vision and product requirements into a clear technical strategy
- Own the end-to-end digital roadmap for the new digital platform
- Advise on platform architecture, tooling, and technology
- Lead and manage the development team through the greenfield rebuild of the platform
- Influence product direction and contribute to company growth
