Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- I expect you to liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- You will conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Your role will include negotiating offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
- It is important for you to maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
- You will provide administrative support, including preparing contracts, agreements, and marketing materials.
- Staying updated on market trends and local property developments will enable you to offer informed advice.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients will help encourage repeat business and referrals.
