- Apple Mac experience is essential
- Good general troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently on-site
- Reliable and able to travel across London
Responsibilities
- Visit client sites to provide on-site desktop support
- Fix issues with Windows 10 / Windows 11 PCs and Apple Macs
- Set up and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and basic peripherals
- Help users with day-to-day IT issues (logins, software, general problems)
- Provide a friendly, professional service to end users
Description
We are looking for Desktop Support Engineers to help us on a flexible, ad hoc basis across London. This role is ideal for people who work from home, freelance, or have spare time during weekdays and can attend client sites when required. Work will be offered as and when needed.
