Requirements

Must:
- I am looking for a recent graduate or junior-level candidate with experience or interest in technical support, system support, or ERP support. - A computing or technology degree or similar qualification is beneficial. - I seek someone with a strong ability and willingness to learn new technology from scratch. - Familiarity with ERP systems or database/reporting tools is a strong plus; experience with other ERPs such as Microsoft NAV or similar is advantageous. - I value comfort working with low-code/no-code environments and a willingness to learn how to work with system queries, dashboards, and customization tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and a technical aptitude are essential; I need someone who can face complexity and challenges. - A flexible mindset is necessary: the candidate should be open to self-learning via documentation, forums, community groups, or online resources. - Excellent communication skills are required; I need someone who can transfer knowledge and explain technical concepts clearly. - Candidates must be willing to work from the office a few days per week (initially 2 days, up to 3 around go-live) and must live within commuting distance. - I am looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic about system improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

- I will lead the rollout of the Finance module initially, then support broader system rollout across the business. - I will create and maintain dashboards for the Project Team and wider stakeholders. - I will support go-live activity, providing knowledge and assistance to users and project teams. - I will act as an escalation point for ERP-specific support tickets, providing 2nd/3rd line support and troubleshooting. - I will develop expertise in the ERP system and transfer knowledge to colleagues. - I will implement system functionality and customization using low-code/no-code tools, and where applicable, simple coding or queries. - I will design and redesign screens, forms, menus, and reports; develop data extraction queries and new interfaces. - I will liaise with the internal development team for more complex customization tasks. - I will support the integration of new features and rollout of innovations, ensuring correct deployment and system security. - I will collaborate with infrastructure and IT operations teams to ensure systems are maintained, secure, and performing.
