Requirements
Must:
- Deep experience with .NET Core and the wider Microsoft tech stack
- Strong skills in C# and T-SQL
- Leadership experience or a natural interest in team progression
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure
- Experience with DevOps processes such as pipelines and automated testing
- A hands-on problem solver who takes ownership and drives delivery
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a small development team
- Building and improving systems using .NET Core and SQL Server
- Acting as the technical escalation point when blockers arise
- Driving improvements in DevOps, architecture, and development processes
- Designing software that is secure, scalable, and performant
- Collaborating with stakeholders and keeping progress visible across the business
