Must:

- Proven background delivering multi-system transformation programmes
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology vendors
- Strong stakeholder engagement across senior leadership teams
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms, reporting or analytics environments
- Ability to operate at both strategic and delivery level
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the organisations systems strategy across three merging companies
- Focus on the delivery of a multi-year transformation programme
- Evaluate and select a single SaaS ERP platform
- Replace multiple legacy systems across the merged business
- Establish a centralised data and analytics capability
- Improve reporting and business insight across the organisation
- Support the review and stabilisation of the existing systems environment
- Help define the future technology operating model
- Support vendor strategy and long-term systems architecture
- Manage systems planning, supplier management, RFP processes, programme coordination, and stakeholder engagement across senior leadership
Description
We are a growing organisation currently undergoing a three-company merger and are looking for a Head of Systems to lead the strategy and delivery of our business systems landscape. With a salary range of £75,000 - £85,000, we offer an opportunity to influence our technology direction while collaborating closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO. Our role is focused on major systems decisions, ERP transformation, and data platform consolidation. Located in Leeds, we support a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office after onboarding.
