Requirements
Must:
- Full Stack Engineer with experience in end-to-end development
- Comfortable working with TypeScript and maintaining live systems
- Experience building new functionality in existing platforms
- Product-minded and pragmatic approach to development
- Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
- Enjoys early-stage start-ups and taking ownership
- Familiarity with MongoDB and a product-led engineering environment
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve a live TypeScript-based system used daily by the business
- Work closely with founders and stakeholders to stabilize and improve core functionality
- Lead greenfield development of new internal tools
- Build systems focused on data capture, operational insight, and reporting
- Influence architecture, tooling, and technical direction as the engineering function grows
- Help shape software that supports sustainability-driven outcomes
