Must:
We are looking for someone with strong experience in Azure networking, including vNets, VPNs, NSGs, routing, identity, peering, and private endpoints. You should possess solid knowledge or hands-on experience with Cloudflare, especially in a secure enterprise context. An understanding of network security principles, DNS, CDN design, and Zero Trust is essential. You must also be able to balance long-term design thinking with day-to-day delivery support. Enjoying mentoring others and working collaboratively to raise the bar across the team is highly valued.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will architect and optimize network infrastructure across Azure environments. You will design and support Cloudflare implementations, including WAF, Zero Trust, CDN, DNS, and edge security. Advising on best practices for network security, connectivity, resilience, and performance will be part of your duties. Additionally, you will support delivery teams by translating technical requirements into scalable architecture and coach junior engineers while contributing to long-term roadmap planning across the cloud practice.
Description
We offer a competitive salary of up to £85,000, depending on experience, along with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring just 2 days in our Leeds office.
