We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who possesses excellent communication skills and has the ability to work closely with both technical (including Subject Matter Experts) and non-technical personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eliciting requirements and managing multiple work streams within an agile environment. Proficiency in Business Process Modelling, running workshops, producing roadmaps, conducting pain point analysis, and creating user stories is essential. A creative and enthusiastic approach to relevant activities will be highly valued.

As a Senior Business Analyst, I will be responsible for mapping key stakeholders, eliciting, analyzing, and defining crucial business requirements. I will develop a deep understanding of critical business processes and assist in establishing a broader strategic vision and roadmap for successful delivery. I will also undertake large and complex data analytic activities and closely collaborate with Product Owners to comprehend desired outcomes and business drivers, ensuring that proposed solutions align with these objectives. Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and driving continuous improvement initiatives will also be part of my role.
Description
This opportunity is with an international Tech company working on a major UK Government programme, where I will have the chance to analyze and solve complex business problems for a high-profile end client. I will work in a hybrid setting, spending three days a week on-site in Telford. The salary for this position is up to £70,000, and it includes benefits such as private healthcare and a pension match of up to 8%.
