Must:
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in software engineering, specifically in C++ and C#. You should have leadership skills to guide a small development team and a problem-solving mindset with a system-wide perspective. Experience with real-time software, DIS, or HLA simulation standards is a bonus.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead a small software team that develops synthetic environments and simulation components. You will work with C++ and C# to build advanced, real-time systems and collaborate with project leads, simulation architects, and multi-disciplinary teams. Additionally, you will explore new technologies, including AR/VR, to support development, training, and in-service support, driving innovation through experimentation across the full product lifecycle.
Description
We offer a salary of up to £65,000, with the potential for a bonus of up to 21% of your base salary.
