Requirements
Must:
- You must have strong proficiency in C++.
- You should have proven experience delivering complex software systems end-to-end.
- A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills are required.
- Desirable experience includes OS lockdown, software security, HMI development, or automated testing.
- You must be a British Citizen or Dual UK National with British citizenship.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will assign you to take a leading role in the technical delivery of complex software solutions. You will be responsible for mentoring junior engineers and ensuring high standards across design, implementation, and integration.
Description
We are located in Bristol and operate on-site, 5 days per week due to project classification. The salary for this position is up to £64,000, along with an annual bonus of up to £2,500 based on performance and excellent benefits. Our benefits package includes a pension with up to a 14% combined contribution, flexi leave with up to 15 extra days, enhanced parental leave, paid overtime and flexible working arrangements, as well as excellent on-site facilities such as subsidised meals and free parking.
