Must:
We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who is organized and enjoys working in a busy, high-volume environment. You should have management leadership experience and a passion for driving results. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in software development with a hands-on approach to problem-solving, as well as:
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining a focus on quality and delivery.
- A track record of delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work closely with others to achieve shared goals.
- Proficiency in C#, .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, and SQL, showcasing strong Microsoft stack skills.
- Experience overseeing architecture and development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps.
- History of working in Agile environments.
- A passion for innovation.
Responsibilities
As a Software Team Lead, I will take responsibility for guiding and motivating my team of software developers to deliver large-scale, high-quality solutions. My key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the team adheres to best practices, coding standards, data privacy, and compliance.
- Playing a key role in shaping technical strategies and ensuring that delivery aligns with broader business goals.
- Continuously improving code quality, security, and system performance.
- Helping grow the team by identifying and hiring top talent.
