Requirements
Must:
- 1st to 2nd Line Support experience.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to bespoke software.
- Experience with financial software such as Sage is preferred.
- Understanding of SQL scripting to assist the development team during quieter periods.
- Strong history in customer service and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer support needs.
- Diagnose and resolve line support issues related to the company's ERP software, with a focus on finance and financial application support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, comfortably communicating with a diverse range of customers over the phone.
- Focus specifically on support queries related to the ERP's financial modules.
