Must:
I am looking for an Enterprise Systems Architect who has experience in designing and implementing enterprise-wide systems architectures in complex, integrated environments. You should possess expertise in system integration, data management, and enterprise platform architecture (CRM, ERP, order management). A solid understanding of modern architectural patterns, such as microservices, API-driven design, and event-driven architecture, is essential. You will need a deep understanding of security, compliance, and privacy standards in enterprise architecture, as well as experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and CI/CD best practices. Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are a must, along with the ability to create and consume technical documentation. Familiarity with the technologies we use, such as JavaScript, Python, C#, HTML/CSS, and MS SQL Server, is required. You should also be comfortable operating in fast-moving, SME-style environments and be eligible for BPSS and additional clearances.
Responsibilities
As our Enterprise Systems Architect, you will be the driving force behind our software and systems strategy, combining high-level design with hands-on technical involvement. You will shape the future of our tech stack by designing scalable, secure, high-performing systems that align with our business goals, making smart, forward-looking decisions on tools, platforms, and integrations. Your role will involve translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical plans and acting as the bridge between vision and execution, working closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to keep everyone aligned. You will lead seamless system integration across platforms and collaborate with developers to streamline front-end and back-end interactions, ensuring smooth and efficient product delivery. Additionally, you will drive architectural direction on key projects, support QA/UAT, and embed CI/CD practices. Mentoring team members to enhance technical quality and capability while constantly exploring emerging technologies to improve system performance will also be part of your responsibilities.
