Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in software development and systems architecture
- Strong proficiency with JavaScript
- Deep knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C/C++, Python, SQL
- Great, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce with potential accreditations
- Ability to interpret commercial needs into technical solutions
- Experience working within the property sector or a similarly fast-paced industry
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple tasks and projects to deadlines
- Strong communication skills to support stakeholders and non-technical staff
- One or more years of experience in software development
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, and implement custom applications on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and integrate with other systems to ensure system performance and data integrity
- Build custom features, automate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and optimise processes
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from analysis to delivery
- Facilitate design and architecture brainstorms and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with team members to define and implement solutions and extend system functionality
- Troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and ensure data quality
- Create and maintain technical documentation with release management criteria for deploying new features and updates
- Support all Watsons systems and software as part of the Information Technology team
