3rd Line IT Technician

- Serve as the final escalation point for high-severity incidents from 2nd line support - Lead investigations for complex issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions - Maintain high-quality knowledge base articles and runbooks for internal and client use - Troubleshoot and configure networking components, including switches, routers, and firewalls - Manage VLANs, inter-VLAN routing, DHCP, and DNS - Optimize wireless network performance and deployment - Design, deploy, and manage Azure IaaS solutions, including Virtual Machines and storage - Configure and support Azure networking features such as VNets and Azure Firewall - Facilitate hybrid connectivity between on-premises and Azure environments - Design and manage device enrollments across multiple platforms using Microsoft Intune - Lead technical delivery for client onboardings and service handovers - Drive infrastructure and endpoint-related projects, including Intune migrations and network refreshes - Identify recurring issues and contribute to problem management processes - Mentor 2nd line engineers in areas such as Intune, Azure, and networking
