Must:
I am looking for candidates with proven experience in software development and architecture. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential. Proficiency in .NET framework and core development is required, along with knowledge of DevOps/Azure tooling and environments. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities are a must, as is the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. This is a remote-based position, and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to own the architecture, implementation, and delivery of complex solutions using Agile methodologies, software development procedures, and various software engineering techniques. You will lead and mentor a team of talented developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will provide architectural input and ownership during the High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) phases. Your role will include driving architectural decisions to optimize performance and scalability, leading cost estimation and documentation processes, and contributing to or leading the technical design of complex solutions using modern processes, design patterns, and production-grade technology. You will be working closely with colleagues both within and outside of the team to ensure successful delivery of software projects.

As a Software Technical Architect, you will collaborate with Developers, Project Managers, and Client Directors to design, develop, and deliver software and cloud applications for our Critical National Infrastructure clients. You will operate both independently and as part of a broader technical team, engaging throughout the development and customer interaction life cycle, and delivering high-quality, robust solutions to meet the highest technical standards. The position pays up to £70,000, depending on experience.
