Must:
We are looking for individuals with strong experience in a 3rd Line Support role, ideally within a Managed Services or MSP setting. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure, is essential. Proven leadership skills with a passion for team development and success are a must. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities are required. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are advantageous. Additionally, candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead a remote team of 3rd Line Engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight. I will support Microsoft environments, including On-Premises Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure. Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues, I will ensure timely resolution. I will collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality service and drive continuous improvement. I will enhance operational efficiency through documentation, process optimization, and proactive problem-solving.
Description
This position is full-time and permanent, offering a salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience. As a leading Managed Services Provider, we are committed to building a skilled team of engineers who support Microsoft technologies across a diverse client base. This role is approximately 80% technical and 20% managerial, making it suitable for someone who wants to remain hands-on while guiding a high-performing team. The work is remote and based in the UK.
