We are looking for candidates who have:
- A minimum of 1 year of commercial IT systems support experience, preferably in a similar SME or MSP environment.
- Experience working with Windows server operating systems and managing on-premises IT infrastructures (AD DS / DNS / DHCP / GPO / File & Print Services).
- Skills in the installation, secure configuration, and administration of Windows desktop operating systems, as well as networking equipment (routers, switches, and wireless APs).
- Proficiency in configuring anti-virus policies and resolving threats.
- Familiarity with backup technologies, particularly configuring jobs and restoring files and folders.
- Experience in provisioning and ongoing support of Microsoft 365 tenants, primarily Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Comfort in working with server and PC hardware, including installation in server cabinets.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Log client support requests accurately in our support ticketing system and manage these requests via phone, email, and on-site visits when necessary.
- Handle multiple tickets and projects simultaneously while creating, updating, and managing client knowledgebase articles.
- Configure and install IT software and hardware.
- Administer the department’s IT Procedures” mailbox and manage alerts from client infrastructures.
- Follow department and company-wide work instructions while contributing positively with suggestions for improvement.
- Proactively maintain our customer management dashboard to ensure client infrastructures have the latest software and firmware.
- Report directly to the Head of Managed IT Services for daily support and task assignments.
- Act as a pre-sales mediator for sales inquiries that come through the support channel.
- Complete annual training courses in software used by Contedia to maintain high-quality support services.
- Contribute to the upkeep of workplace facilities, ensuring workspaces are maintained to a high standard.
