Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of networks, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi deployments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (tenants, migrations, policies, security)
- Familiarity with Autopilot and modern device management
- Hands-on skills in physical installation, rack setup, and troubleshooting
- MSP background is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer projects end-to-end, including planning, configuration, installation, and handover
- New client onboarding and environment builds
- Full network deployments using Meraki and UniFi
- Server builds (both Windows and Linux)
- Microsoft 365 tenant setup and configuration
- Autopilot deployments
- Apple Business Manager and Addigy management
- Physical kit installs, patching, rack builds, cable tracing, and onsite troubleshooting
- Incident resolution during project rollout
- Collaborate with support teams to hand over completed projects
- Travel to customer sites across the UK when required (expenses covered)
