Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
- Some exposure to delivering solutions (not just pure support)
- Understanding of how businesses use collaboration tools
- Experience with Power Automate (or an interest in learning it further)
- Good communication skills and confidence working with users or clients
- Nice to have: Exposure to migrations into Microsoft 365
- Nice to have: Basic PowerShell or scripting
- Nice to have: Awareness of security and compliance features
Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions
- Work with clients to understand how they use SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Support the design and implementation of collaboration and document management solutions
- Help deliver intranet and workflow solutions
- Build automations using Power Automate
- Support migrations from legacy or on-premise environments
- Assist with documentation, testing, and project delivery
- Learn and apply Microsoft security and compliance best practices
Description
We are a growing Microsoft-focused consultancy delivering modern workplace and collaboration solutions. This role is ideal for someone who already has a solid grounding in SharePoint/Microsoft 365 and wants to move into a more client-facing, solution-focused position.
