Requirements
Must:
- Strong understanding of networks, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and Wi-Fi deployments.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (tenants, migrations, policies, security).
- Familiarity with Autopilot and modern device management.
- Hands-on skills in physical installation, rack setup, and troubleshooting.
- MSP background is strongly preferred.
Desirable:
- Experience with Meraki and/or UniFi.
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and Addigy (or similar tools).
- Confident in building Windows and Linux servers.

Responsibilities
- Deliver customer projects end-to-end, including planning, configuration, installation, and handover.
- Handle new client onboarding and environment builds.
- Execute full network deployments using Meraki and UniFi.
- Manage server builds (both Windows and Linux).
- Set up and configure Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Perform Autopilot deployments.
- Manage Apple Business Manager and Addigy.
- Conduct physical kit installs, patching, rack builds, cable tracing, and onsite troubleshooting.
- Resolve incidents during project rollout.
- Collaborate with support teams to hand over completed projects.
- Travel to customer sites across the UK when required (expenses covered).
