Requirements

- Previous experience in a service desk role (service provider or corporate environment)
- Proven abilities in IT support and installation
Responsibilities
As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer with us, you will enjoy a mix of onsite client work and office-based tasks. You will encounter various technologies, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, Active Directory, and Networking. This role provides an excellent opportunity to continuously expand your skill set, managing and troubleshooting systems to ensure client satisfaction.
