Requirements
Must:
- Solid experience in a 2nd Line support role within an MSP
- Strong troubleshooting ability across Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Confidence working on site with end-users and managing escalated issues
- Excellent communication and a customer-first approach
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of technical issues
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and modern workplace environments
Responsibilities
- Support modern cloud technologies and manage devices through Intune
- Work across Microsoft 365, troubleshooting user issues
- Take ownership of more complex tickets as the technical escalation point on site
- Assist end-users on-site with escalated technical issues
- Utilize remote monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Description
We are a well-established Managed Service Provider based in London Bridge, looking for a confident and technically strong 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to support a key customer. Our role offers hybrid working, typically 3-4 days a week on site with 1-2 days at home. We provide a varied work environment with exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies, a clear progression path into 3rd Line support, Azure, cyber security, or automation, alongside a supportive culture focused on learning and long-term career development.
