Requirements
Must:
- Early in your Business Analyst or systems career
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Naturally curious and analytical mindset
- Ability to explain technical ideas in plain English
- Comfortable discussing technical concepts with delivery teams
- Experience with Azure DevOps or ClickUp is beneficial
- Basic awareness of SQL
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Awareness of Agile, Waterfall, or Kanban methodologies
- Experience in a regulated or change-controlled environment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Act as the link between users, operations, and developers
- Work with stakeholders and operational teams to gather and clarify requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and technical specifications
- Support workshops and requirement discussions
- Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, technical design documents, project plans, and test scripts
- Support testing activities including defining test scope, creating and executing test cases, and logging defects
- Identify opportunities for process and service improvement
- Provide occasional IT and systems support, including answering internal IT queries and basic system administration tasks
- Conduct out-of-hours implementation testing approximately once per week
