Requirements
Must:
- Experience in a 2nd/3rd line role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
- A methodical and calm approach under pressure
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Responsibilities
- Providing 3rd line support and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Leading smaller client projects and rearchitecting customer networks
- Acting as an escalation point for complex issues
- Installing, configuring, and supporting client environments across servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Mentoring junior engineers and ensuring quality technical delivery
- Attending client sites as needed (local travel)

We are a growing and well-regarded Managed Service Provider, and we are excited to invite an experienced 3rd Line Engineer with a solid MSP background to join our senior engineering team. In this hands-on and technical role, you will take ownership of escalated issues, guide more junior engineers, and lead technical projects for a variety of SME clients. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse technologies and enjoy a culture that values learning and initiative.
